(١) تسلم صورة من محضر الحجز لربان السفينة أو لمن
يقوم مقامه وصورة ثانية للجهة البحرية المختصة بالميناء الذي وقع
فيه الحجز لمنع السفينة من السفر وصورة ثالثة لمكتب التسجيل بالميناء
المذكور.
(٢) وإذا كانت السفينة مسجلة في جمهورية مصر العربية قام
مكتب التسجيل بالميناء الذي وقع فيه الحجز بإخطار مكتب تسجيل
السفينة بالحجز للتأشير به في السجل.
