Article 63 of the Maritime Trade Law

(١) يأمر رئيس المحكمة الابتدائية أو من يقوم مقامه
برفع الحجز إذا قدمت كفالة أو ضمان آخر يكفي للوفاء بالدين.
(٢) ومع ذلك لا يجوز الأمر برفع الحجز إذا تقرر بسبب
الديون البحرية المذكورة في البندين (ف) و(ص) من المادة ٦٠ من
هذا القانون وفي هذه الحالة يجوز لرئيس المحكمة الابتدائية أو من
يقوم مقامه الإذن لحائز السفينة باستغلالها إذا قدم ضمانا كافيا أو بتنظيم
إدارة السفينة خلال مدة الحجز بالكيفية التي يقررها الإذن.
