Article 61 of the Maritime Trade Law

(١) لكل من يتمسك بأحد الديون المذكورة في المادة
السابقة أن يحجز على السفينة التي يتعلق بها الدين أو على أي سفينة
أخرى يملكها المدين إذا كانت مملوكة له وقت نشوء الدين.
(٢) ومع ذلك لا يجوز الحجز على سفينة غير التى يتعلق بها
الدين إذا كان الدين من الديون المنصوص عليها في البنود (ف)
و(ص) و(ق) من المادة السابقة.
