تسري أحكام المواد من ٢٩ إلى ٣٩ من هذا القانون على
السفن التى يستغلها المجهز المالك أو المجهز غير المالك أو المستأجر الأصلي ،】【。
ومع ذلك لا تسري الأحكام المشار إليها إذا فقد المالك حيازة السفينة
بفعل غير مشروع وكان الدائن سيء النية.
