للإدارة البحرية المختصة حق حبس حطام السفينة ضمانا
لمصاريف إزالته أو انتشاله أو رفعه ، ولها بيعه إداريا بالمزاد والحصول
على دينها من الثمن بالأفضلية على الدائنين الآخرين ، ويودع باقي الثمن
خزانة المحكمة المختصة .
