إذا عقدت عدة تأمينات لضمان المسئولية التزم كل
مؤمن على حدة عن كل حادث في حدود المبلغ المبين في وثيقة التأمين
الخاصة به وإن تعددت الحوادث، على أن لا يجاوز مجموع ما يحصل
عليه المؤمن له قيمة الضرر الناشئ عن المسئولية.
