إذا كان محل التأمين من المسئولية تعويض الضرر
الذي يصيب الغير بفعل السفينة طبقا لأحكام المادة ٣٧٨ من هذا
القانون فلا ينتج التأمين أثره إلا إذا كان مبلغ التأمين على السفينة
لا يكفي لتعويض الضرر.
