تسرى أحكام المواد من ٣٧٣ إلى ٣٨٥ من هذا القانون
على عقد التأمين الذى يقتصر على مدة وجود السفينة في ميناء أو مرسى
أو حوض جاف أو في أي مكان آخر ، كما تسرى هذه الأحكام على
التأمين على السفينة وهي في دور البناء .
