Article 380 of the Maritime Trade Law

(١) يضمن المؤمن في حدود مبلغ التأمين الأضرار
الناشئة عن كل حادث يقع أثناء سريان وثيقة التأمين وإن تعددت
الحوادث.
(٢) ويجوز الاتفاق على أن يكون للمؤمن حق طلب قسط تكميلي
عقب كل حادث .
