عدا الضرر الذي يصيب الأشخاص يلتزم المؤمن بدفع
التعويضات أيا كان نوعها التي تترتب على المؤمن له قبل الغير في حالة
تصادم السفينة المؤمن عليها بسفينة أخرى أو ارتطامها بشيء ثابت
أو متحرك أو عائم.
