يبلغ الترك إلى المؤمن بإعلان على يد محضر أو بخطاب
مسجل مصحوب بعلم وصول . ويجب أن يحصل الإعلان خلال
ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ علم المؤمن بالحادث الذي يجيز الترك أو من
تاريخ انقضاء المواعيد المنصوص عليها في المادتين ٣٨٣ و ٣٩٢ من
هذا القانون.
