(١) لا تقبل دعوى التأمين إذا انقضى شهران من تاريخ عقد التأمين أو من التاريخ المحدد لبدء سريان الخطر دون أن يبدأ الخطر المؤمن منه في السريان.
(٢) ولا يسرى هذا الحكم على وثائق التأمين بالاشتراك إلا بالنسبة
إلى الشحنة الأولى.
