(١) ترتب حقوق الامتياز المنصوص عليها فى المادة
٢٩ من هذا القانون على السفينة وأجرة النقل الخاصة بالرحلة التى
نشأ خلالها الدين وعلى ملحقات كل من السفينة وأجرة النقل المكتسبة
منذ بدء الرحلة.
(٢) ومع ذلك يترتب الامتياز المنصوص عليه فى البند ٣ من المادة
٢٩ على أجور النقل المستحقة على جميع الرحلات التى تم خلال عقد
عمل واحد.
