Article 265 of the Maritime Trade Law

(١) لا تسري أحكام عقد نقل الأشخاص
المنصوص عليها في هذا الفصل على النقل المجاني إلا إذا كان الناقل
محترفا، كما لا تسري في حالة الأشخاص الذين يتسللون إلى
السفينة خلسة بقصد السفر بغير أجرة.
(٢) وتسري أحكام عقد نقل الأشخاص المنصوص عليها
في هذا الفصل على الأشخاص الذين يوافق الناقل على نقلهم
كمرافقين لحيوان حي أو لشيء آخر ينقله بمقتضى عقد نقل
بضائع.
