Article 215 of the Maritime Trade Law

(١) يلتزم الناقل بشحن البضائع فى السفينة
وتفريغها ما لم يتفق على غير ذلك ، كما يلتزم برص البضائع بالسفينة
ونقلها وتسليمها عند وصولها .
(٢) ويلتزم الناقل بالمحافظة على البضائع التى تشحن على السفينة .
