على الناقل إعداد السفينة وتجهيزها بما يلزم لتكون
صالحة للملاحة ولتنفيذ السفر المتفق عليه ونقل نوع البضاعة التى
تشحن فيها ، وعليه إعداد أقسام السفينة المخصصة للشحن لتكون
صالحة لوضع البضاعة فيها وحفظها .
