Article 203 of the Maritime Trade Law

(١) يحرر سند الشحن باسم شخص معين أو لأمره
أو لحامله .
(٢) ويكون التزول عن سند الشحن الإسمي باتباع القواعد
المقررة بشأن حوالة الحق .
(٣) ويكون سند الشحن المحرر للأمر قابلا للتداول بالتظهير .
ويعتبر مجرد توقيع حامله على ظهر السند تظهيرا ناقلا للملكية ،
وتسري على هذا التظهير أحكام قانون التجارة ويتم تداول سند
الشحن المحرر لحامله بالمناولة .
(٤) ويجوز النص في سند الشحن على حظر حوالته أو تداوله .
