(١) للمدير القيام بجميع التصرفات والأعمال التى
تقتضيها إدارة الشيوع، ومع ذلك لا يجوز له إلا بإذن من المالكين يصدر
بالأغلبية اللازمة لبيع السفينة أو رهنها أو ترتيب أى حق عينى آخر عليها
أو تأجيرها لمدة تجاوز سنة.
(٢) وكل اتفاق على تقييد سلطة المدير بغير ما ورد بالفقرة السابقة
لا يحتج به على الغير.
