Article 199 of the Maritime Trade Law

(١) يصدر الناقل بناء على طلب الشاحن عند
تسلم البضائع سند شحن.
(٢) ويجوز للناقل أن يسلم الشاحن إيصالا لا بتسلم البضائع
قبل شحنها.
(٣) ويستبدل سند الشحن بهذا الإيصال بناء على طلب الشاحن
بعد وضع البضائع في السفينة.
(٤) وللشاحن أن يطلب من الناقل أو من ينوب عنه وضع بيان
على سند الشحن يفيد حصول الشحن فعلا على سفينة أو سفن معينة
مع بيان تاريخ الشحن.
