Article 157 of the Maritime Trade Law

(١) للمستأجر تأجير السفينة من الباطن إلا إذا
نص في عقد الإيجار على غير ذلك.
(٢) ويظل المستأجر الأصلي في حالة الإيجار من الباطن مسئولا
قبل المؤجر عن الالتزامات الناشئة عن عقد الإيجار.
(٣) ولا تنشأ عن الإيجار من الباطن علاقة مباشرة بين المؤجر
والمستأجر من الباطن، ومع ذلك يجوز للمؤجر الرجوع على هذا
المستأجر بما لا يجاوز ما هو مستحق عليه للمستأجر الأصلي وذلك دون
الإخلال بقواعد المسئولية التقصيرية.
