Article 148 of the Maritime Trade Law

(١) يقوم المقاول البحرى بجميع العمليات المادية
الخاصة بشحن البضائع على السفينة أو تفريغها منها.
(٢) ويجوز أن يعهد إلى المقاول البحرى بالقيام لحساب المجهز
أو الشاحن أو المرسل إليه بعمليات أخرى متصلة بالشحن أو التفريغ
بشرط أن يكلف بها باتفاق كتابى صريح من وكيل السفينة أو وكيل
الشحنة.
