Article 128 of the Maritime Trade Law

(١) إذا توفى البحار وهو في خدمة السفينة وجب
على رب العمل أداء نفقات دفنه في بلده أيا كان سبب الوفاة.
(٢) وعلى رب العمل أن يودع خزانة الإدارة البحرية المختصة
الأجر النقدى وغيره من المبالغ المستحقة للبحار المتوفى خلال خمسة
عشر يوما من تاريخ الوفاة.
