Article 122 of the Maritime Trade Law

(١) إذا كان البحار معينا بالرحلة في الذهاب
وحده التزم رب العمل بأداء كامل أجره إذا توفى بعد بدء السفر .
(٢) وإذا كان البحار معينا للذهاب والإياب معا التزم رب
العمل بأداء نصف أجره إذا توفى أثناء الذهاب أو في ميناء الوصول ،
وبأداء كامل الأجر إذا توفى أثناء الإياب .
