Article 91 of the Social Insurance Law (1975)

تسري أحكام هذا الباب على المؤمن عليهم الخاضعين لأحكام هذا القانون فيما عدا الفئات الآتية :
( ١ ) العاملون بالجهاز الإداري للدولة وبالهيئات العامة .
( ٢ ) أفراد أسرة صاحب العمل في المنشآت الفردية حتى الدرجة الثالثة وكذلك الشركاء الذين يعملون بأجر في شركاتهم .
( ٣ ) العاملون الذين يبلغون سن الستين .
ويجوز بقرار من رئيس الجمهورية تنظيم شروط وأوضاع انتفاع الفئات المشار إليها بمزايا هذا التأمين على أن يبين في هذا القرار طريقة حساب الأجور بالنسبة إليهم .
