لا تخل أحكام هذا التأمين بما قد يكون للمصاب أو للمريض من حقوق مقررة بمقتضى القوانين أو اللوائح أو النظم الخاصة أو العقود المشتركة أو الاتفاقيات أو غيرها فيما يتعلق بتعويض الأجر ومستويات الخدمة وذلك بالنسبة للقدر الزائد عن الحقوق المقررة في هذا التأمين .
