تستحق المؤمن عليها في حالة الحمل والوضع تعويضا عن الأجر يعادل ٧٥ ./. من الأجر المشار إليه في الفقرة الأولى من المادة ( ٧٨ ) تؤديه الجهة المختصة بصرف تعويض الأجر وذلك عن مدة إجازة الحمل والوضع المنصوص عليها بقانون العمل أو بأنظمة العاملين المدنيين بالدولة أو بالقطاع العام بحسب الأحوال بشرط ألا تقل مدة اشتراكها في التأمين عن عشرة أشهر .
