لوزير التأمينات بقرار يصدره بناء على اقتراح مجلس الإدارة تعديل الجدول رقم ( ١ ) المرافق بإضافة حالات جديدة إليه ، ويسري هذا التعديل على الوقائع السابقة لصدوره مع عدم صرف فروق مالية عن الفترة السابقة على التعديل .
