لا يجوز للمصاب أو المستحقين عنه التمسك ضد الهيئة المختصة بالتعويضات التي تستحق عن الإصابة طبقا لأي قانون آخر .
كما لا يجوز ذلك أيضا بالنسبة لصاحب العمل إلا إذا كانت الإصابة قد نشأت عن خطأ من جانبه .
