يجوز لكل من المصاب وجهة العلاج والهيئة المختصة طلب إعادة الفحص الطبي مرة كل ستة أشهر خلال السنة الأولى من تاريخ ثبوت العجز ومرة كل سنة خلال الثلاث سنوات التالية وعلى جهة العلاج أن تعيد تقدير درجة العجز في كل مرة ولا تجوز إعادة التقدير بعد انتهاء أربع سنوات من تاريخ ثبوت العجز .
