يكون معاش العجز الكامل أو الوفاة لمن لا يتقاضى أجرا من الفئات المنصوص عليها فى الفقرة الثانية من المادة ( ٣ ) عشرة جنيهات شهريا .
ويسري في شأن هذا المعاش حكم الفقرة الثانية من المادة ( ٥١ ) .
