في حالة عدم تنفيذ صاحب العمل لقرار اللجنة المشار إليها بالبند ( ٤ ) من المادة ( ١٨ ) يكون ملزما بأداء الأجر المستحق حتى تاريخ التحاق المؤمن عليه بعمل آخر ، ويتعين لإفادة المؤمن عليه من هذه الأحكام تنفيذ الشروط المنصوص عليها بالبندين ( ٣ و ٤ ) من المادة ( ٩٢ ) .
ويكون قرار الهيئة المختصة باستحقاق المؤمن عليه الأجر في هذه الحالة بمثابة سند تنفيذي .
