استثناء من أحكام المادتين ( ١٨ و ١١٧ ) إذا التحق صاحب المعاش وفقا لقوانين التأمين والمعاشات للقوات المسلحة بعمل يخضعه لأحكام هذا القانون ولم يطلب تحويل احتياطي معاشه لا يستحق غير تعويض الدفعة الواحدة عن مدة اشتراكه في هذا التأمين مهما بلغ قدرها ومهما كان سبب انتهاء الخدمة .
