يجوز للمؤمن عليه أن يطلب حساب أي من مدد الاشتراك المنصوص عليها بالمادة ( ٢٨ ) بواقع النسب المنصوص عليها بالمادتين ( ١٩ و ٢٣ ) مقابل أداء مبلغ يقدر وفقا للجدول رقم ( ٤ ) المرافق وعلى أساس الأجر والسن في تاريخ بداية مدة الاشتراك في التأمين المحسوبة بواقع كامل النسب والتالية للمدة المطلوب تعديل نسبتها .
