يخفض المعاش المستحق لتوافر الحالة المنصوص عليها في البند ( ١ ) من المادة ( ١٨ ) بنسبة تقديرية لسن المؤمن عليه في تاريخ طلب الصرف ووفقا للجدول رقم ( ٨ ) المرافق وذلك فيما عدا حالات طلب صرف المعاش لثبوت العجز الكامل أو وقوع الوفاة .
