يستبدل بعبارة " قانون التأمينات الاجتماعية الصادر بالقانون رقم ٦٣ لسنة ١٩٦٤ " الواردة في القانون رقم ٦١ لسنة ١٩٧٣ بسريان بعض أحكام قانون التأمينات الاجتماعية على أصحاب الأعمال والقانون رقم ٧٤ لسنة ١٩٧٣ باشتراك العاملين المصريين الذين يعملون بعقود شخصية في الخارج في نظام التأمينات الاجتماعية ، عبارة " قانون التأمين الاجتماعي " .
