يتولى الإشراف على أعمال الحسابات بالهيئة المختصة مسئولون ماليون من بين العاملين بها تخطر بهم وزارة المالية ، ويكون لهم - دون غيرهم - حق التوقيع على الشيكات وأذون الصرف .
وتطبق على موازنة الهيئة المختصة أحكام القانون رقم ٥٣ لسنة ١٩٧٣ بشأن الموازنة العامة للدولة ، فيما لم يرد بشأنه نص خاص في هذا القانون .
