على صاحب العمل في القطاع الخاص أن يلصق في أماكن العمل الشهادة الدالة على سداد اشتراكه في الهيئة ويصدر تحديد البيانات الخاصة بهذه الشهادة قرار من وزير التأمينات .
وعلى الهيئة المختصة إعطاء أصحاب الأعمال تلك الشهادات مقابل مائة مليم عن كل شهادة أو مستخرج رسمي .
وعلى الجهات الحكومية التي تختص بصرف تراخيص أو شهادات معينة لأصحاب الأعمال أن تعلق صرف هذه التراخيص أو الشهادات أو تجديدها على قيام طالبها بتقديم الشهادة المذكورة أو مستخرج منها .
