تعفى من الرسوم القضائية في جميع درجات التقاضي الدعاوى التي ترفعها الهيئة المختصة أو المؤمن عليهم أو المستحقون طبقا لأحكام هذا القانون ، ويكون نظرها على وجه الاستعجال وللمحكمة في جميع الأحوال الحكم بالنفاذ المؤقت وبلا كفالة .
