تعفى المعاشات والتعويضات والتعويض الإضافي والمنح التي تستحق طبقا لأحكام هذا القانون من الخضوع للضرائب والرسوم بسائر أنواعها .
كما يسري هذا الإعفاء على متجمد المبالغ المشار إليها في الفقرة السابقة ومتجمد المبالغ المدخرة وفقا للقانون رقم ١٣ لسنة ١٩٧٥ بشأن نظام الادخار عند صرفها للورثة الشرعيين .
