يكون مبلغ التعويض الإضافي معادلا لنسبة من الأجر السنوي المنصوص عليه في الفقرة الثانية من المادة ( ١٣٢ ) تبعا لسن المؤمن عليه في تاريخ انتهاء الخدمة ووفقا للجدول رقم ( ٥ ) المرافق .
وبالنسبة لحالات العجز الجزئي يؤدى نصف المبلغ المشار إليه بالفقرة السابقة .
وفي جميع الأحوال يزاد مبلغ التعويض الإضافي بنسبة ٥٠ ./. فيما يتعلق بالحالات الناتجة عن إصابة عمل .
