إذا طرأ لأى سبب من الأسباب ما يمس كيان النقابة تستفتى الجمعية العمومية للنقابة فى تقرير حل الصندوق وتحديد كيفية استعمال أو توزيع رصيده على الأعضاء، وتعرض نتيجة الاستفتاء على وزير التربية والتعليم لإقرارها ، ولا يكون الاستفتاء صحيحا إلا إذا اشترك فيه أكثر من نصف الأعضاء وصدر القرار بأغلبية ثلثى أصوات الحاضرين .
