مع عدم الإخلال بقانون المرافعات ، لا يجوز الحجز على المعاشات والإعانات الوقتية أو تحويلها أو التنازل عنها للغير . وتعفى هذه الأموال من كافة أنواع الضرائب والرسوم والدمغة عدا الضريبة العامة على الإيراد .
