تودع كل من أموال النقابة العامة والنقابات الفرعية ، واللجان النقابية وصندوق المعاشات والإعانات فى حساب خاص مستقل بأحد المصارف الذى يختاره مجلس إدارة النقابة العامة أو النقابة الفرعية أو اللجنة النقابية أو الصندوق بحسب الأحوال . و يكون الصرف منه بناء على قرار من مجلس الإدارة المختص وبتوقيع الرئيس وأمين الصندوق .
