يختص مجلس إدارة النقابة الفرعية بالمحافظة بالإضافة إلى الاختصاصات المنصوص عليها فى المادة ٣٥ بدراسة قرارات وتوصيات مجلس إدارة اللجنة النقابية بدائرة كل مركز أو قسم . وله حق الاعتراض عليها إذا كانت مخالفة للقانون أو لسياسة النقابة . ويبلغ هذا الاعتراض لمجلس إدارة النقابة العامة للبحث فيه وفقا للأوضاع والقواعد التى تنص عليها اللائحة الداخلية للنقابة .
