جلسات التأديب سرية ، ويصدر القرار بعد سماع
أقوال وطلبات الاتهام والدفاع . ويصدر القرار مسببا فى جلسة علنية .
ولا تكون القرارات الصادرة بالوقف عن مزاولة المهنة أو بإسقاط
العضوية ذات أثر إلا بعد أن يصير القرار نهائيا . وتبلغ القرارات التأديبية
النهائية إلى مجلس إدارة النقابة و إلى وزير التربية والتعليم و إلى الجهات
التى يعمل بها العضو وتسجل فى سجلات تعد لذلك .
