لمن صدر القرار ضده ولمجلس إدارة النقابة بناء على طلب
لجنة التحقيق ، أن يستأنف القرار أمام هيئة التأديب الاستئنافية خلال
ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ إعلان القرار إلى العضو المقدم للتأديب إذا كان
حضوريا ، أو من تاريخ انتهاء ميعاد المعارضة إذا كان غيابيا .
