على العضو أن يتوخى فى أداء واجباته تقاليد مهنته
ومقتضيات كرامتها ، وأن يؤدى أمام هيئة مؤلفة من ثلاثة أعضاء ينتخبهم
مجلس النقابة اليمين الآتية :
" أقسم بالله العظيم أن أؤدى عملى بالأمانة والشرف ، وأن ألتزم بمبادئ
ميثاق العمل العربى ، وأحترم قوانين المهنة وآدابها " .
