تنشأ نقابة للمهن التعليمية تكون لها الشخصية الاعتبارية ،
تضم المشتغلين بمهنة التربية والتعليم ، والذين سبق اشتغالهم بها ، وتباشر
نشاطها فى إطار السياسة العامة للاتحاد الاشتراكى العربى ، ويكون مقرها
القاهرة ، ولها فروع طبقا لأحكام هذا القانون .
