أسباب الإرث الزوجية والقرابة والعصوبة السببية ويكون الإرث بالقرابة بطريق الفرض أو التعصيب أو بهما معا أو بالرحم مع مراعاة قواعد الحجب والرد. فإذا كان لوارث جهتا إرث ورث بهما معا مع مراعاة أحكام المادتين 14 , 27 .
