لا توارث بين مسلم وغير مسلم ويتوارث غير المسلمين بعضهم من بعض واختلاف الدارين لا يمنع من الإرث بين المسلمين ولا يمنع بين غير المسلمين إلا إذا كانت شريعة الدار الأجنبية تمنع من توريث الأجنبي منها.
